2010 Legislative Summit - The Alaska Association
of Realtors Board of Directors and RPAC Trustees will
travel to Juneau March 16 and 17, 2010 for the
Association's annual Legislative Summit and Board of
Directors Meeting. The summit is an opportunity
for the Realtor delegation to meet personally with each
legislator to discuss current issues that impact the
real estate industry.

Sales & Foreclosures Certification SFR -
Realtors
with the SFR certification can be a trusted resource for
short sales and foreclosures. Your ability to
close short sales and foreclosures depends in part on
your confidence in seeing these transaction through.
Begin building your confidence today with SFR. The
certification will be offered in five locations in
Alaska during the month of April. Pili Meyer from

American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 expanded
the first-time homebuyer credit by increasing the credit
amount to $8,000 to first-time home buyers until April
30, 2010.
